Bills a bloody legend and if you don’t hire a car off him your simply not getting the best deal or the best experience in FNQ. Bent over backwards to make sure we had no stress and the easiest car rental I’ve ever done. And he was true to his word, totally gluten free! 🤣

Bill is the ultimate good bloke. Really looked after us and even gave us an extension on our car hire. You simply wouldn’t use anyone else, he drops the car off to your resort, has a chat and then picks it up when you’re ready. Will definitely use Bill services again! Thanks again mate.

I have said, elsewhere in these pages (see below in the comments),  that what people see in me is merely a reflection of themselves. What are lovely review. full disclosure please. For anybody reading this, You should know that after some several stuff ups on our behalf, we totally ignored Irene Brian and her 2 beautiful children for a couple of hours, seemingly unaware that they were waiting for us.  when I finally turned up, They were sitting there at the table and chairs, All relaxed, happy and composed. I was busy grovelling and apologising for our most unprofessional behaviour.  all they did was smile at me and say "no worries".

Some people Hassle, over being 6 minutes late. the anger I have received over being half an hour Late has to be seen to be believed, especially when it was Their fault. see Below, if you were at 1 of the big companies, you could wait for an hour before you got served.

2 hours late is a bit much for anybody. Especially for a  business that prides itself on personal service.

 I want to say thank you, Irene, Brian and your beautiful children. I was touched by your reaction. I think we all could learn a lot from people like you.

Could not have asked for a more positive experience. Bill is a true Aussie gentleman, full of local knowledge, and a genuine human being. The whole process was smooth and the car was impeccably clean and a joy to drive. Thank you for helping make our FNQ experience even better!
