What a fantastic business, and business owner! We are so happy to have found Bill. He was so accommodating to all of our needs, and really made our trip so much easier/ better. He and his wife Tracey were absolutely delightful. Friendly, easy to deal with, and cheaper than any other competitor! We feel so lucky to have found this lovely couple and couldn’t recommend their business more! 11/10!!

Best recommendation we had was to get our car from Bill & Tracey. We had the shiny blue Suzuki & it was great. Super economical, easy to drive & exactly what we needed at a good price. Superb service and friendly owners! We rented a car for 3 days and it was brilliant. We even got a courtesy offer to extend our rental for half day and it does benefit our trip a lot. Thank you very much Bill! Highly recommended!

My wife and I rented on two separate occasions with PC Rent a Car just last week. Great cars, great price and easy. Bill shared loads of home spun wisdom, local knowledge and even some books for us to read. I love supporting local local business and it was easy to pick up and drop off-no frills, clean cars and simple. THX. We will be back next year!!

A last minute change of plans had us staying in PC a few extra days and needing a car. Picked these guys on a whim and couldn’t have wished for better even if I’d done meticulous research. Booking was easy and the car was dropped to our our hotel at the nominated time. The car itself was new, clean and zippy as hell! Bill and Tracey were delightful (and very accomodating) to deal with. Everything about the experience was top notch. 100% would book again next time we’re in town,.

My wife and I last week hired a car for 3 days from Bill, the experience was everything you could possibly expect in term of friendly service and expert local advice. Nothing was a problem and we even got a transfer to Cairns with a running commentry of local highlights on the way. Thank Bill for making the adventure so easy for a couple of tired travellers. My family and I recently spent a week in Palm Cove. We needed a car for a few days and Palm Cove rent a car was the perfect option. Not only was the car inexpensive and spotless but Bill even delivered it to our accommodation. It doesn’t car inexpensive and spotless but Bill even delivered it to our accommodation. It doesn’t get any better than that!.
Bill is full of great information and a pleasure to deal with.

We visited Palm Cove in March 22 and needed a car for the day. Bill was an absolute legend, larrikin bloke and happy to sit with us and share a story or two. He also allowed us to return the car an hour or so late for no charge which we very much appreciated. Great value, great service and great cars, couldn’t recommend higher if you’re up in FNQ.

Bill is a super nice and funny person who is really friendly and who likes a good chat. The car that we rented was nice and in good condition for us to use. The car was really clean and had great air conditioning. I enjoyed meeting Bill and using his car, and if I had the choice I would use one of his cars again.

Young Camille and Ted were most thrilled to meet our chickens. Camille just loves chickens as her granddad has some. Both kids were chicken whisperers as my girls rarely go to strangers, and were quite at home. Ted, (how did you know my name was really Edward?), and Camille travelled in booster seats in a Toyota Camry. Sadly, Budget and Avis stuff cannot take their chickens to work.
